The supernatural policy matters
A strongly anti-supernatural faction position lets natural members track or incapacitate supernatural members through faction chip control. A strongly pro-supernatural position reverses the relationship. Lesser positions do not create this particular chip-control permission.
Corruption's existing tier-based chip control is independent of that supernatural-policy rule. A neutral position on one axis therefore does not prove that every other means of faction control is absent.

Do not import the old lifeforce rule
The current alliances document says the supernatural position does not itself modify lifeforce or admission age or trust or standing. Older commentary about an automatic supernatural-policy LF penalty is not the current rule documented for this snapshot.
The exact faction position and the selected character's circumstances matter. Cortex's strong anti-supernatural stance is why a supernatural recruit should not read membership as equal citizenship.

Civil Servants cannot simply leave
The Civil Servant archetype enforces Cortex membership. Another society join or a roster dismissal is not an escape hatch. Build the roleplay around that restriction instead of planning a mechanical departure that the code rejects.
