The reviewed snapshot
This edition uses ParoxysmRPG/Paroxysm at commit c5dfe60c39040cf86f9744c1ea836b6a5595eda5. Each article links to the relevant files at that exact revision. The browser does not download live repository data to construct the page. The guide remains usable without GitHub access.
The articles are edited explanations rather than an unfiltered dump of the help file. They do not publish account files or player saves or faction rosters. The faction source is used for its setting and ideology fields rather than current membership or treasury records.

How conflicts were handled
The archetype catalogue follows the race table while creation eligibility also follows guest progression and the explicit deprecation notes. Current Paroxysm-specific rules take precedence over inherited descriptions of three factions or a neutral Institute or blanket Sanctuary.
The operation lifecycle note restores cover initials even though the Combat Map help shows square brackets. The explicit progression rule for hypnosis locking is kept separate from the conflicting combined protection column in the Second Class Citizen document. These disagreements are recorded rather than silently blended together.

What this edition does not invent
The guide does not present unmerged design discussions as implemented powers. It does not manufacture a release schedule or a complete revised supernatural chronology from old setting fragments. Special and disabled records are labelled rather than advertised as unrestricted choices.
The live game may run a different build or have local setting edits. A version difference should be checked against the running game rather than treated as permission to fill missing information with plausible lore.
